Mass Effect 2
Mass Effect 2 is one hell of a good game that you would truly enjoy every minute of it. Those who love sci-fi will definitely find this game worth the time and money as I do myself. Usually, I hate offline RPG game because none have so far produce anything better than Mass Effect does which is to give player the ability of change how the story goes as you progress.
I remember the first time when I was excited about Hellgate London being release because I was enticed by its awesome CG presentation and naively think that it might be a good game to play given that it is also an Action Role Playing Game but than after I felt regret.
It’s totally a different story for Mass Effect and its sequel Mass Effect 2. I like having the ability to explore the environment that the user can participate in for instance the player can sit down and look at the stripper do her stuff or if you want you can even pay her as well. Other example like buying a beer in a bar at Omega and so forth.
Players are given the power to steer the storyline base on how they communicate with others and actions that have taken within the game itself. So, in short you are able to make the main character die or not in the end of the story but if you die it will be hard for you to transfer your character in to Mass Effect 3 if the title ever be release in the future.
Basically, you can play the bad guy or the nice guy in the game thanks to the “Paragon & Renegade” system that have been implemented. With the system you’ll be able to know where you are heading to. As for me I’m going for the bad guy just for the thrill and see how the story would take a turn in the overall game. Furthermore, I do hope so there would be a sex scene like in the first game does.
There is a problem I found awkward is that when you want do customization on a female face no matter how you change it it still look like a freaking MAN! No whatsoever feminine vibe to it. Originally, I want to create a character who resemble Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell but after it I decided to scarp the idea and go for a male instead.
Overall, I am totally speechless when it comes to Mass Effect 2. The game are only in PC & Xbox only and no PS 3 version for the fans. You are able to get the game at play-Asia for PC & xbox version.
