Halo Legends Begins
The short stories that contains within “Halo Legends” are enough to make anyone wonder how animation have come to be and will eventually spark a small flare within us that sci-fi is always better than your routine mundane life.
Although, it have been aired in some game channel last year in December but I did not bother to even watch it. Given that I like to watch my favorite stuff on the highest quality possible. So, after much wait and dreams have finally materialize when I downloaded its Blu Ray version off the notorious “Pirate Bay“. One thing to note is when you are on the net for too long you’ll eventually turn yourself into a pirate unconsciously.
Each of these episode will span 10-15 minutes to give viewer an idea and tit bits into the world of Halo Universe itself. There are a total of 8 episodes that are produce by 5 different production houses in Japan: Bones, Casio Entertainment, Production I.G., Studio 4°C, and Toei Animation. Be warn that each episode have their own style and technique used. To be frank, I don’t really the style Production I.G. employed on “The Duel” with its water color effects.
People who are not in the Halo nation might not understand the story but it does pay off in the end.
In my humble opinion, Halo is another cultural break through since the epic battle star war wages back in the days where Darth Vader like to use his Death Star to blow things up. Halo have totally created a culture and language of its own to carry on the legacy it left behind for generation to come.
Shinny plasma…. ooouuuuu~ touch– Ouch!
I might one day create a Master Chief armor for my own self but still wondering how to get the material needed. Would you think dancing around in Kuala Lumpur might give me 15 seconds of fame in youtube? or some of Danny dancing trooper fame might rub on to me?
You can buy it here or Halo Legends is good as gone when every last stock is sold!
