What Have I Been Doing?
These past week I been detracted myself from my once inert otaku that become interested in economy, body languages, micro-expressions, business, financial and countries that I want to live in. All while doing a part time job as an accountant assistant in a firm at Puchong that is out of KL.
I have miss out a lots in the otaku world especially a list of anime that are still waiting for me to watch them. This is due to other interest that light a sudden spark in me. I think it’s the part time job that help me learn about how business and finance move the economy while politician develop their country and others just suck the tax payer money dry like the sahara desert.
You may have notice that I have mention about an American drama “Lie to Me” in one of my recent post which uses body languages & micro-expressions to tells who’s lying and who’s not. He amaze me and I can’t get enough of Cal Lightman of the Lightman Groups who able to use his talents to the max and his way of doing things are somewhat unprecedented.
Because of it, I get a book from MPH bookstore on the subject “The Definitive Book of Body Language” by Allen & Barbara Pease to spot the hidden message. In fact, I’m always curious about human communication & psychology. I think being able to reads others is a useful skill in life and to make better friends.
Am interested in money and how they work in the economy. So, I try to find out as much as I can although I still at it. The first thing I learn is the exchange rate of money works in the system then supply and demand. I’m also reading “Rich Dad & Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki to get some insight of what this man is saying. I know the book had came out for a long time but I never get the will to read it until a friend insist me to read it. I still got 40 more pages then I’ll be finish with it. Nice story with simple illustration but not enough to get you financially free.
I did some digging of my country — Malaysia A.K.A. “Bolehland” while other call it “Bodohland” use whatever term that float your boat. The reason I do it because I want to determine a few things before deciding to move out of the country.
Will the development of my country improve?
Is the 2020 dream still a reality?
Is Malaysia progressing? or falling backward?
Will the economy of Malaysia improve? or decline in the near 5 to 10 years ahead of time?
How bad is Malaysia is? (Because I heard a lots of bad comments of Malaysia)
Is intellectual’s personnel our main export?
Is it worth it to live here? or other places in the world?
Is Malaysia a good place to live?
Is the employment rate & salary good here?
What are the parties really doing these days? Fucking Fooling around?
Where does the tax money & oil revenue go to? Government official’s pocket? or some elephant projects that are currently underway?
And one of the most important question of all “Will I have a future here in Malaysia?“
With those question in mind I started to dig on forums, websites, blogs and friends mainly roaming around seeking opinions & point of views from people who live here and have seem serious shits in the country in their life time. So far, nothing good come up. It seem Malaysian will have a dark future awaiting them but I will not be around when hell break lose.
Singapore seem to be a good stepping stone to me while Japan will be my permanent place to stay. I’m still planning on where I should go. Are they any Malaysian here emigrating? or migrating? Would like to know what your point of view on this.
