Bakuman is The Answer to Become a Mangaka
Just after reading 10 chapters of Bakuman I have totally fallen in love of the manga & have a little inspiration deep inside to become a mangaka. It’s not just another Shonen manga but one with style.
To be serious about it I won’t want to become one since I couldn’t draw a good drawing but want to draw a chibi or moe maid character or even a mascot for this blog in the future. hehe~
Bakuman is exciting because these two ninth graders — Saiko (Moritaka mashiro) & Shujin (Akito Takagi) both are working hard toward to become famous mangaka before reaching 18 and the fuel that keep Saiko going is the burning desire to marry the girl of his dream Miho Azuki whose mother have an old relationship with Saiko Uncle.

While his friend Shujin a genius in school is his partner writer who is motivated to help Saiko achieve his dream while fulfilling his childhood dream and dreaded the idea to become a little gear in a company. In a sense, a boring & stressful salaryman job.
To be frank I was motivated as well to achieve N3 in JLPT examination at the end of this year. I know there have been an uproar in the linguistic communities regarding JLPT exams that said to have no real measure for you to become fluent in the language & real fluency can be only attained by reading, writing & speaking it everyday but I’ll be using it as a pit stop for me in order to live and work in Japan for the coming future.
After some digging around I found out that an anime adaption will be releasing this fall of 2010. I hope it’ll be juicy and exciting as the manga did when it come out. The famous production house J.C. Staff will be doing the animation who have created some great titles in the past for examples Toradora, Zero no Tsukaima, Nodame Cantabile, & the other bunch. As stated in ANN it will be set to run for 25 episodes.
I actually learn something new about what a mangaka use to draw which called a G-pen that is distinctively shaped ink pen nibs to help artist produce a variety of line widths & effects. Another important stage in producing a manga is to understand what’s a “Name” is which is the draft that is done by the writer with simple drawing on it.
The manga is still ongoing from the start back in 2008 until now.

Manga Fox contain all the latest chapters there to read.
