Malaysia Environmental Fail!

23 June 2010 View Comments

It never seem to fail me that Malaysia too contain some stinky yet humorous way to ignore the established law of the superior DBKL (Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur) who are in control of the cleanliness of the city.

The words written there means “Please don’t throw your rubbish here or else a fine of RM 1000 will be impose to you” I think the Tamil language also says the same unless you can read them then please do share if what it says is in another context. It was taken in Brickfields just outside of the vegetarian corner restaurant “Gandhi” which the location is also quite near to the transport interchange “KL Sentral”.

People are just oblivious sometimes including myself but I have a certain limit to what can do & what cannot do. At times, I can see sign above the head of the smoker clearly saying no smoking. You know what? They did the obvious. One of my favorite is inside the train where it clearly stated in the station & inside the train that you can’t eat but I still can see tons of people doing it.

Do you obey simple rules?

I don’t think that simple rules are hard to follow.. right? The picture will become a passage of time when people ignore simple rules that run amok!
