Moyashimon Live Action Drama

This is one of those well crafted show like Nodame Cantabile that give the viewer an enjoyable time laughing and don’t forget about those adoring tiny microbes.

For those who have watch the 11-episodes anime series back in 2007 will be familiar about the premises and stroyline involving an agricultural university student named Sawaki Tadayasu, who possesses the unique ability to see microbes with the naked eye and interact with them. Furthermore, the story started out just as like the anime series does. Granted, more super cute microbes floating around!

The CG used in the production are something to be praised at because everything fitted quite well for instance when Keizō Itsuk the professor who love to eat heavily fermented foods walking out of his microbes clouds looked really well made. It was a funny moment when Tadayasu try to ward off all the incoming Hiochi (Lactobacillus fructivorans) toward him when the two baka try to open the door.

It’s a pity though that I don’t understand what they said but need to rely on subber to translated it into English. Have no fear “Horriblesub” (a subbing group that translate a large variety of anime show and sometimes live action) is currently subbing this drama as we speak but we need to cut back the quality as it’s running at 360p. So, those who own large screens you have been warned! One more thing. It’s hard sub.

It’s a must watch for those who seek some good humor and wanting to learn a thing or two from the microscopic world of these microbes. I can wait for more and am excited how the “trap” would turn out.
