Chinglish refers to spoken or written English language that is influenced by the Chinese language which most noticeably can be seen in China. However, the government tried to correct these mistranslated signs before the Olympic 2008 games even got started. Interesting enough, in 2010 China did it again with the sign exorcism leads by Shanghai International Studies University before China 2010 Expo with a weird but somehow true “Execution in Progress” sign.
I’m afraid that not only China have chinglish but my peers can speak Chinglish as well. Almost all the times its worth the giggles to correct them from using it to Modern English.
