Top 5 Recommended Pick for Early 2011

I understand this is an overdue post that should be released early January but I can’t seem get myself to write this piece. The reasoning behind is quite simple in its form because the listing of this season seem so filled with passable shows being aired is disappointing.

As always, like all those past entries like this. I have chosen the best of the best this season can offer to us fans of some good Japanese animation. Each of these five are actually gold because they are so entertaining with cliffhanger of ‘what’s next’ in mind that you wish there were a continuous stream of them coming in like never ending supply of cup noodles. Well, except beelzebub since it’s all havoc around that baby.

Gosick (24 Episodes)

It is the BEST this season with the utmost cutest not-your-usual loli, Victorique. This petit detective is like our favorite fictional detective ‘Sherlock Holmes’ solving mysteries, crimes and riddles that criminal left behind. What do you know? I heard that it actually gonna spawn a sequel for it this year.

Ok, let’s get back. It was set in the early 20^th century in a made up European country of Sauville where urban legends is all the rage. Victorique teaming up with Kujo, the third son of the Imperial Army in Japan will be busy solving cases.

Infinite Strato (12 Episodes)

It is a jumbo pack of everything you wanted in an anime. The genre range from harem, mecha, comedy to sci-fi and action. It’s like a cut down variant from Macross Frontier but too bad the girls does not sing. So far the girl that appeal to me are Cecila Alcott which have a certain air around her that made her adorable yet annoying.

Oh, blonde girl in anime is all the rage. Haha!

Kore wa Zombie desu ku? (12 Episodes)

I have been posting about this anime every since it was aired. It’s all about zombie, vampire ninja, a necromancer and a magical girl. The main character, Ayumu, is the magical girl/zombie guy in the anime. What happen? Let’s just say that he got himself into a freak accident. He is also living under one roof with these ‘extraordinary’ girls that land him into quite an amount of troubles.

Level E (12 Episodes)

If you like being trolled or favor the feel when some other people are being trolled. Then this will be the perfect anime for you. The one who’s trolling is Prince Baka, a bored genius who only way to entertain himself is to annoy the people around him. That pretty much sum up how each episode goes and I can’t get enough of it!

Beelzebub (12 Episodes)

Let’s see you got hooligans, badass explosion, a demon baby and a demon maid servant as a wife for the main protagonist. Yup! Very crazy and exciting indeed. Did I told that the Demon king plays PSP too? I think he should upgrade it to NGP(PSP2).
