[The Legends of Korra] Korra Cosplay by Aicosu

Aicosu – the team consisting of Shiela and Sylar who have done a myriad of awesome cosplay in the past and just recently they’ve done a cosplay about the recently ended TV series The Legends of Korra. I really like the series and am eagerly waiting for the second season to come around next year.

As you have saw, they’re Toharra shipper uniting Tahno and Korra as a couple in this cosplay shoot. As for me, I’m rooting for Makorra which combines Mako and Korra together and our wish hoping for them together have been granted in the big season finale  last week. hehehe~

Here’s a small snippet about shipper/shipping for those who are new here from Avatar Wikia.

Shipping, abbreviated from “relationships”, is the term given to the fan-created pairing of two or more Avatar: The Last Airbender and/or The Legend of Korra characters. It became a very important part of Avatar for a large number of fans.

“Ships” are commonly designated with portmanteau couple names, usually derived by combining the names of the characters or words that accurately describe them. Common reasons for fan-created pairings include extensive companionship, obvious “movements” by either character, subtle actions by either character, or even the fact that they look “cute together”.

Kudos should be given the awesome waterbending effects fixated on the 6th photo. It helps to give an illusion that Shiela is actually doing some bending. lol
